UBCM 2025 Hotel Block Waitlist

The room blocks for the 2025 UBCM Convention are now sold out.  If you would like to be added to the hotel waitlist, please enter your information below.

Please note, this does not guarantee that you will receive rooms in the officail UBCM room blocks.  We will do our best to accommodate delegates on the waitlist as rooms come available.  Very often, these rooms will come from other local governments who have rooms they no longer require closer to the Convention (usually around July - August 2025). 

We recommend that you make back-up reservations at another Victoria hotel for the Convention.  Most hotels not in a room-block will allow you to cancel the reservation up to 48 - 72 hours prior to check in (please double check with each property).  In that case, if there are rooms that come available in the UBCM room block, you can cancel your back-up reservations.

If rooms come available, UBCM will connect groups who have extra rooms to people on our waitlist in the order they are received.  It will be the responsibility of the two parties to transfer the rooms from one group to the other.
