Hosting Mentorship Programme
The Hosting Mentorship Programme is one of the key activities within the Belarusian Diaspora Initiative (BDI) project. It aims to provide staff from Belarusian businesses and Business Support Organisations (BSOs) in exile (including employees, owners, or co-owners), as well as startups and aspiring entrepreneurs (referred to here as outgoing participants), with enriching mentorship exchanges with more experienced entities (referred to here as hosting entities) within the EU.
The programme aims to establish 50 one-month-long mentorship exchanges, offering personalised guidance and knowledge transfer from experienced mentors to Belarusian business owners and entrepreneurs to address specific challenges.
The ultimate goal of the programme is to enhance the capacity and integration of Belarusian businesses in exile, improve their competitiveness, and foster a supportive business ecosystem across the EU.
