The Nordic Cheerleading Championship 2026 Participant Edits

This is the offical link for participant edits in the roster for Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

Before you submit your changes, please read the invitation carefully. Especially our cancellation policy. 

Editing participants — such as replacing one athlete with another — is possible until 15 January 2026. However, no extra people can be added to the roster after 29 December 2025. 

Athlete changes are not allowed after 15 January 2026, but changes to coaches and team leaders are permitted until the morning of the competition.

Fill out the team roster (template on our website) with participants; name, surname and birthday. Upload the roster here on this form. Mark any possible age exceptions in the the roster with a sign *.

The competition event will be photographed and streamed. The Finnish Cheerleading Federation has the right to use and store the image material. The clubs and teams participating in the competition must ensure that the athletes registered for the competition or the parents of minors are aware of the photography and have given their consent. By registering for the competition, teams accept the photography.

Clubs are resbonsible for making sure athletes have an insurance that covers competetive cheerleading.
