Hakemus mentorointiin 2024

Mentorointiohjelma on tarkoitettu Loimun jäsenille. Osallistujat sitoutuvat siihen puolen vuoden ajaksi (tammi-kesäkuu), ja ohjelma on tarkoitettu urahallinnan ja verkostoitumisen tueksi. Hakusyksy käytetään aktorivalmennukseen, jolloin etsitään mentor ja määritellään henkilökohtaiset tavoitteet ohjelmalle.

Mentoring program is open for Loimu members. The duration of the program is half a year (January-June) and it promotes career management and networking. The joint program will be held in Finnish, so we expect you to understand some Finnish although you would have an English speaking mentor. The autumn before starting is preparation to the program: searching for mentor and specifying personal goals for mentoring.
