This survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete, and your responses will be held in strict confidence: your data will never be sold nor shared with any identifiable references. Quotes may be anonymized and extracted, and quantitative data will be aggregated, summarized, and shared for the benefit of the startup ecosystem (including investors like yourself).
